These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ad44 website and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, and any promotions offered through the platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and ad44. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use this platform.

1. Eligibility

2. Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on the ad44 platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly forbidden and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited. When creating your account, please note the following:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Never share your credentials with any third party.
• ad44 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a national ID, passport, or utility bill for proof of address.
• Accounts that remain inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ad44 may apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts as specified in the current fee schedule.
• Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to [email protected] immediately. ad44 will not be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized use where the player has failed to notify us promptly.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

ad44 supports a range of trusted payment methods commonly used in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All monetary transactions on the platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit amounts and maximum withdrawal limits are set per payment method and may be updated from time to time. Current limits are displayed at the time of transaction.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Failure to complete KYC may result in delays or refusal of the withdrawal.

• ad44 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking holidays, or technical outages beyond our control. Bangladeshi national holidays, including Eid and Pohela Boishakh, may affect processing times.

4. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

ad44 periodically offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and match-day offers for BPL and IPL cricket. All bonuses are subject to the following standard conditions:

• Each bonus offer carries a specified wagering requirement (rollover). Players must fulfill the stated rollover amount before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be used for their specified purpose. A sports betting bonus may not be transferred to casino games unless explicitly stated in the bonus terms.

• Players may not hold multiple accounts in order to claim the same bonus more than once. Any attempt to abuse promotional offers will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ad44 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Employing any software, bot, algorithm, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the house.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, insider betting, or any corrupt wagering activity related to BPL, IPL, ICC tournaments, or any other sports event available on the platform.
• Allowing minors (persons under 21 years of age) to access or use your ad44 account. Account holders are fully responsible for all activity conducted through their account.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ad44 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of profits.

ad44 does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance or emergency downtime will be communicated via official channels where reasonably practicable. Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) applies to all scheduled maintenance windows.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the ad44 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of ad44 or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this platform without the prior written consent of ad44.
